Fully Enclosed Type Vacuum Processing Insulation Oil Purification System Dewater and Degas from Oil, Rexon Aluminium Alloy Enclosed Doors Type Dielectric Oil Treatment Machine is a ultra high vacuum oil dehydration system for Dielectric Transformer Oil Purification and Oil Regeneration. This dielectric oil filtration system can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipment working safely and normally. It's particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work on-site. Meanwhile, it can be used as independent vacuum resource with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Our vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special high-voltage transformer above 110kv facilities. This product is a combination of the international advanced film theory and atomized oil treatment technology, with a highly efficient degassing dehydration and breaking emulsification effect. Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed area are fully expanded), and oil is increased the "journey", so that water or gas in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of dehydration degassing.
The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high efficiency of the needle breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.
